Vipin Sondhi, a common face for representing JCB India since
last 13 Years will be leaving by end of 2019 to take up more challenging
assignments with Hinduja Ashok Leyland. With this move, JCB India has appointed
their new Managing Director and CEO Mr. Subir Choudhary, current JCB India’s
COO.
Mr. Subir had joined JCB India in 2005 as executive VP,
Operations and was gradually reached to the position of Chief Operating Officer
in 2017 by demonstrating successful expansion of JCB India from a single plant
at Ballabhgarh to additional plants at Pune, Jaipur and the under construction
plant in Gujarat.
Befor joining JCB India in 2005, Mr. Subir was Director,
manufacturing for Whirlpool India.
On the other hand, Mr. Vipin Sondhi's will be joining Ashok
Leyland's Global Leadership Team.
Mr. Sondhi will join the Hinduja family by December 2019
however his role is still unclear but will be focusing on consolidation, growth
and future strategies for Hinduja Group's global automotive portfolio.
